I'd rather see Kain.  I'm more of a Blood Omen fan, but I like Soul Reaver/Defiance Kain better.  Or they could always have different costumes so you can use both versions.

Kain is BA and all, but Raziel has that sweet glowing Soul Reaver and is a skeleton vampire whereas Kain is pretty bland with just another sword. I'd rather have Raziel. Plus, his Supers would probably end up cooler than Kain's anyway

Blood Omen 2 is probably my favourite game in the series. Kain got some pretty awesome powers, so a moveset wouldn't be too hard.

Filling the stage with fog and chasing down enemies would be awesome.
