I don't have a VITA, so I was just gonna trade that version in probably, since I don't know anyone with one either.

But is it just a code you can use to download it onto the VITA, or is it a tangible disc/thing for the VITA that could be traded/sold/etc...

The Vita version is tied to your PSN account, which prevents you from selling it or giving it away, unfortunately.

On the plus side, it'll always be there should you ever decide to get a Vita.

Depending on news I hear/see about new exclusives for it, I might get one for Christmas or sometime next year. So long as the PSABR expire for it.

It only comes tied to your account if you get the digital version of PS3 PSASBR. If you get the retail box version, how could the Vita version be tied to your account when it's still just a code that comes in the box? I'm getting the box version and selling the vita code on ebay for cheap.

Yeah it's put onto the account of the first ps3 you put the game into, or it's tied with the online pass

Nvm, I'm a dummy, I guess even with the disc version the way it works is you have to put in the disc and go through that to unlock the vita version in your store, no code, so no way to get rid of the vita version short of borrowing the disc to a trustworthy friend.
