Hey guys, haven't posted here in a long time. Anyways, turns out that I lost my reciept when I pre-ordered this game. They said show the reciept so I can get the costumes but now I don't have the reciept. What do I do? I think I put it under my phone number but not too sure. Any help?

In canada you can also use your ID (drivers license etc.) ddont know where your from so not exactly sure, but canada i know you can use ID

They should have your purchase record, I'd call the phone for GameStop before heading in, and tell them you've lost the receipt, and ask if they can look up your purchase order in any other way :]

I know. But I pre-ordered the game. I want to get the pre-order version of the game, not the regular. I want the costumes... but now I have no way of proving that I pre-ordered the game without the reciept. I forget, when you pre-order the game, do they ask you for your phone number?...

Try either calling in, or going in, and tell them your information (if they ask.) email, phone num, etc.

GameStop should keep records of orders, especially pre-orders. They know who'd preorderd; just go in and do what I've said man! ^^

THey actually do keep your phone number on record because they call you a day before the game is realeased saying your game is in and can be picked up the next day.

Anytime man! Thinking from a logical standpoint, they'd have to keep track of who preordered, don't you think? I mean, how else would they know who gets the costumes, eh?
Ask them if theres a way you can look up your information on the preorder- I'm pretty confident they keep the purchase history.

And you mean like, when the preorder turns into just an 'order'? Not sure, I'm sorry man :/

This kind of thing is the reason Gamestop keeps records of your pre-orders. If you have your id, or to be really helpful a Gamestop membership card, they can redeem your Pre-Order bonus anyway.

EDIT: And for the how long they'll keep your order, they keep it for 2 days (48 Hours) after release. So I figure it'll be there until Thursday-Friday. Call to make sure!
