I just called my local stores and they have the game by the sounds of it but I still can't pick it up even though other stores I.e Walmart have the game already. Ugh only a couple of more hours Excalibur.

Where was this exact walmart at and did you get the game? Or are you waiting for the costumes tomorrow?

I found out that Walmart registers won't allow the sale though. You'll have to convince someone with the power to override it, and I'm not sure that's even possible.

I wasn't able to do it. Actually, funny story, I spent about 5 hours standing around at GameStop because, since I took a photo of it, the manager emailed GameStop Corporate. And 'then' GameStop Corporate called Sony.

 

And 'then' Wal-Mart got caught for breaking street date and are currently fined $5,000+.

Walmart won't pay them **bleep**, guaranteed. That street date fine garbage is a bluff and Sony would have to file legal action to collect anything from them. GS employees love to spout on about those fines, but believe me, Walmart ain't payin, and Sony likely won't even try to make them.

Indeed, fines are B-S

Employees like to mention this as it is a QUICK, efficient go-to line to get rid of a pesky fan begging for an early purchase.
