Blazblue and Skullgirls are also 2d fighters so they take much more effort to draw and animate every frame. The amount of detail that these 2 games have for each character is insane so they focus on quality over quantity. So in short 2d games tend to have less characters.
I can deal with the crappy roster size, character choices, and stupid "baaaaaaattle" in the theme song... but the WORST thing about this game
Parappa's Level 3 Super. It's repetitive. It's annoying, it's not fair because it's an instant kill to EVERYONE. At least you have a chance with the other level 3s. This one is just lazy and an insult to the character. This level 3 MUST BE CHANGED NOW!
I dont know why you are complaining, its only 4 kills and thats it, Kratos's Level 3 can get 5-7 kills if he's smart.Spikes level 3 also only killz 4 people.ALl the more reason to kick the **bleep** of the people you wont want to use their supers....
The fact is.. it's 3 instant kills for no effort. It's a **bleep** STUPID super. I get what you guys are saying it's a trade off... and I can accept that..
But the **bleep** cutscene EVERY SINGLE ROUND! It's so **bleep** retarded. It needs to be changed. It's just straight up embarassing.
And yeah dipstick who responded first, roster size does suck, stop being a fanboy and admit it.
I really could care less because I liked parappa. However, I think they could have made it more interactive like the actual parappa games where the player has to pull off a sequence of buttons in order to succeed.
1/6/2013 - Defeated the #1 player in the World in a Ranked Match.
Currently maining: Parappa
Future mains: Zeus, Issac
It should be noted that Omar said parrappa was one of the first characters they started messing around with when designing supers.it makes sense that they didnt really think about it being a more interactive super though,Spikes super also kills 3 people just without a song. I think Evil-Cole's also has a short cut-scene before he comes after you etc...
Heh, like I said in a different thread-- an excellent troll super.
On a serious note though I doubt many Parappa players out there will be using it that much anyway. It's really not all that useful-- add to that in the full game Parappa players will most likely be a rarity. Doubtful you'll see the character that much, much less the move itself.
