Only 10 Pre-Order Costumes for Canada?

I just called up my EB Games and they don't know **bleep**, but their website says costumes for only the first 10!

 

Does anyone have any idea if that's true?

Probably not true, U.S usually gets the same deals as us Canadiens when it comes to video games.
