People considered Kratos to be over the top because of his auto grab as people said. So if you won with Kratos, don't be surprised.
Colonel Mael Radce is fine but people just tend to spam with him with his Sniper Move = Side + Triangle. That move gains the most AP than his other moves & can get Radec Players a Level 3 Super if they only rely on that move. Which they can pretty much win the match right away.
If a Kratos Player wins. Eh... don't be surprised. If a Radec Player wins by using Side + Triangle the most, just laugh.
