Omar said 'the villain isn't evil'.

This is an ambiguous text; basically, every single one of our speculations would be incorrect.

Polygon Man is an evil entity. He is not a hero. He is not even a villain. What he is, though, is, by all terms of the word, EVIL.

Nefarious? The name alone should spell out the guy is evil.

Baron Praxis? Anyone can tell you Jak II he was evil.

Negativatron? He is created through our bad emotion.

And then I realized something.

What if; now just hear me out, because this will sound absolutely crazy.

What if 'WE' are the final boss?

And by we I mean each and every single one of us.

When he said that it will be something that all Playstation fans will recognize, he may be alluring to the fact that, inexplicably, we are fighting ourselves; a warped version of ourselves obviously as there's no way to actually put us in the game (not everyone logs into PS Home and all).

Obviously there has to be some reason to register 'us' as a final boss, so here's my view;

The villain is, basically, you. You are gathering villains from all over the known Playstationverse, to combat the heroes. And, you, just as much, are trying to save the multiverse, getting characters from various franchises to do battle for you.

In the end the villain would be an evil twin, of yourself. You are not evil, not neccesarily, but the person that they are portraying would be you.

How would you feel?

How would this be possible, everyone takes an individual picture?

I would take a gun, and a single bullet, and then go to the roof of the tallest building in town, and bring with me some anti-depressents and alcohol. And then, my friend, I would HAVE A KICKASS **bleep** PSASBR PARTY

Its not so much the graphic. As I said earlier, there's no way to put yourself as the final boss visually; they'd have to represent him in some way.

This is why I think most people see it kind of 'as' Polygon Man, but I want to go a bit further and say that, it'll be kind of like a Megaman X Sigma fight where you have to jump on things, and smash some form of a mask off of the boss. They never show the face, just a bunch of light.

Re: Omar said 'the villain isn't evil'.

There's one little plot hole in this...

What if Hitler comes back alive and plays this game?

Then the final boss then is evil
I probably posted a joke here. If you get offended, I'm sorry in advance. I'm not here to start fights.

While I won't say that its a definite, and I will say that its absolutely crazy in all aspects, I honestly think it'd be the 'best' way to end it. It would essetionally, at the end, be you versus you. Videogameception at its absolute finest.
