I might start off with PaRappa in his story mode, since I was most comfortable with him in the beta.  Then I'd go on to who I REALLY want to play as first:  either Nathan Drake or Cole MacGrath.

Not sure about stages, but I'd prefer my first match to be on something other than Hades or Metropolis.
