First, let me ask how spamming a move is tantamount to cheating.

 

Secondly, Dormin wins his matches, no? If he made an invalid comparison then come up with a valid one. Either he's winning all the time and he cant be beat or people do beat him and therefore anyone who is complaining about it just hasn't found a way to beat it.

 

There are only 2 possibilities here.

You could say that about any move or tactic whatsoever. You basically just invalidated anything anyone does to win in the beta whatsoever. In that case, why stress about it? In this case, Dormin is doing everyone a favor by bringing something to everyone's attention so early.
