Agreed ! Katamari would have been a perfect mashup with this, instead they added the RAY from MGS, which seems really forced. Still, the stage itself really is gorgeous, so far I've loved watching Stoaway, but Columbia and San Francisco also look great, just can't wait to see more from them !

Nice videos its looks like you need to get two kills with a level 1 (two for one) and the trophy in the nariko fight guess you have to get to use your level 3

I agree, I think it would of been better suited to be mashed up with a game that has a similar artstyle. With Seth Killian mentioning the series, I'm surprised they didn't go with a Katamari Damacy mashup. Regardless, those videos have got me incredibly hyped. I think Stowaways is my favorite stage so far (the Uncharted music just gets me everytime).


Didnt someone of superbot said, that we maybe get diffrent outcomes of the stages. Sth like the LBP stage will build itself up in a diffrent way, each time you fight on it.

 

I know this is a bad example due high possibility of a fake. But There was this colossi pic in the loco roco stage.

If we are lucky, we get sometimes a metal gear on the stage and sometimes a colossi. ^^ (or katamari, you get the idea)

 

Becouse i agree on that bad mashup. It killed my eyes. 0.o

Okay so I noticed two semi-interesting tidbits of information from the Stoaway gameplay:
- When a player activates a level 3, the timer of the match stops.
- Each character has an individual level up, meaning their probably be a system of unlocking things for each character by playing and levelling up each character.

Truju, I think all stages play the same way, the only difference in the Dreamscape stage is the questions, otherwise all else is the same.

The first one was in the Gamestop demo so I can confirm that myself.

Dunno about the other one, but considering the screen layout for post-battle unlocks its safe to say that's true.

Level 3s have always stopped the timer.

Each character had a level in the beta..
