I already have a beta when it was open for HK, I was wondering if I make a new EU account will I be able to play it?

I dont think that will work. We could get in via the HK acount because multiple servers were up because of private beta keys being sent out exclusively. With this EU beta the ONLY server up right now is in Europe which we have no access to. but once the servers are back up "Once youre in, youre in"
