Network Error

Everytime when online muitiplayer start,I will receive a "network error" message. Etc lost connection with host,error code: 09AD-0115 I dont think it's my internet because black ops 2 work pretty well and I have the best internet around my town. Am I the only one having this problem? I only have enough money to buy one game until next year june and I picked ASBR because of its online fights,extremely dissapointed now :smileysad: Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.

Sometimes I pick Kratos and it will turn out to be Raiden,Parappa or Spike*

im still having trobles with the conection, im from dominican republic is that the problem? i mean is it because of the server not suporting us as nework i dont know. the thing is i barely can play a mach a day. out of 10 maches that i try to play only 1 or 2 conect is that normal?
