Hero and villain arent the right words for most of these characters. Good or bad, the main character of something is the protagonist and the foil to the protagonist is the antagonist. Sweet Tooth would be the protagonist, Radec would be an antagonist (or just a supporting character in my opinion). Evil Cole despite being evil is still the protagonist.
