it's an "epic" item, which only spawns very rarely. seems pretty cool. also it doesn't actually kill you, you still have to break the person. seems perfect way to do a kill item

It is called the "Head of Euryale" from God Of War.

and I'm guessing the other one would be the LR3 Railgun from Starhawk.

It does need a name change (assuming the item is called Medusa's Head). I'm pretty sure everyone knows what game it's from though.

I'm sure Omar just called it medusa head since he probably forgot the actual name I know I did. Why would they have two head items?
