Testing is more than just playing it though. Its writing down stuff and giving feedback.

the messages stated that no feedback was required and they even took down the beta forum to report stuff, this is only to test the servers.

Also whe something happens in the Vita version, you can just sent a report right there without needing to message them. Pretty handy
