Every boss (SotN) - I know it was the 2nd time to add RPG elements in a CV game, but why were they so **bleep** easy (especially with Richter)?
Medusa Heads, Bats, Ghosts, any other flying monster in CV - They all seriously suck, but I hate Medusa Heads the most because they NEVER end until you got out of that area. I caught hell with those things in the first classic CV games.
Hazama (Blazblue) - I caught hell with this guy when I first tried BB. My main was Tsubaki, so that's probably why.
Ganados (RE4) - They are cool, but in a closed spot, these things are quite bothersome.
Vaan (FFXII) - After finding Basch and Ashe, this guy became irrelevant in the story.
Sting Chameleon (MMX) - Like his design, but loathe his tatics. Vanish, appear and stick out tongue, vanish, appear and throw needles, repeat.

Everyone says his lack of voice makes him that much more immersive for the player. Yeah right. It brings me out of immersion.
You don't meet hundreds of people, be super smart, and save the world over without ever having a converstation.
In fact, a lot of first person games that don't have the character talk bother me--Gordon just bothers me the most because so many fans cry out how great he is.
