I was looking for just Square Enix but I couldn't find them, so I sent Square Enix Europe a tweet and they replied. It's not much but they did acknowledge my question in a sense. Hopefully there are plans to get a Square rep in the future because it's just ridiculous not to have a single Square rep imo.

No. 1: You don't know if Superbot asked for a character in the first place.
No. 2: You don't know if Squeenix didn't agree to a character. Funnily enough, I've seen people say they'd rather have no FF rep than Lightning, so what if Squeenix only wanted Lightning in and Superbot were like "hell no"?
No. 3: SE Europe isn't really the best place to go to ask for FF characters. They're more in charge of the Eidos properties really, so ask them where Lara Croft or a Legacy Of Kain rep are, sure, but not FF.
No. 4: THERE ARE 20 PRETTY AWESOME CHARACTERS TO CHOOSE FROM AS IT IS GOOD GOD MUST THIS KEEP GOING ON D:
