I have a question regarding the free DLC downloads for Kat  & Emmett when they eventually happen.

If I don't have access to my PS3 can I still download it from Vita (both PS3 and Vita versions?) and it will be free ?

Yes. That has been the answer from Omar. If you get them for the PS3, they will be available for the Vita as well.

I am asking if I don't have access to my PS3 and I have a Vita, can I download both the Vita and PS3 version from the VIta ?

Basically, I will be on vacation during the time the DLC will be free, but I will have my Vita. The only way I can access PSN store is through my VIta.

Is that sufficient to get the DLC for free for both PS3 and Vita ?

Why should you be able to download the PS3 version with a Vita.

It'll probably pop up on the download list for the PS3, once downloaded from the Vita store. You can only hope.

Hopefully it's the same package for both. If so, you will be able to re download it from any device for free. If they do them separate than you might end up having to buy the ps3 characters. I'm guessing that it will be the first one though.

the download is account locked so I assume you could just redownload on the ps3 later if they are not specifically for the vita
