Nope, its deifintely not the final roster, plus you can tell by the game's website that there is a lot of room for more characters ( I can also see the places where they would be, that wasn't all the information, plus um they've said 20 plus so many times. And to be honest, it doesnt make sense for there to only be 12.

I absolutely love how "We'll be at TGS" = "We'll be revealing in two months for sure at TGS," but then "We're not working on DLC until the game's done," = "We already have 2 DLC characters."

Really, you guys love to choose the quotes that fit your opinion best and ignore the ones that don't.

regardless of what happens this game will have dlc, yeah it sucks that we could get screwed with the 20(unlikely)
but atleast we will have dlc.
