I think Raiden has one as well, but if not then for the moment yes, unless Wolverine makes an appearance. Or worse, Dr. Doom! (Lol, marvel humor. I kid.) If Kat gets confirmed, you can expect her to like have one.
^^^ Please don't remind me. I don't know of a single character that doesn't have problems against that except occasionally Zero. I run a team of Vergil, Hulk, and Super Skrull (VHS! lol) and I sometimes have a hell of a time against Doom, even though all of them have tools to counter him.
They get by when I'm not nervous lol or overexcited. Really gotta work on that. It's the reason I struggle at tourney's. Can't keep my cool long enough. When I'm relaxed and confident, all usually goes well.
I guess I could argue that Fat Princess' forward circle in the air sends her little dude at a similar angle as a dive kick, but its use is different then what we're really talking about. I actually like it more so it frees up your actual character to follow up with combos, but at the same time allows you to be more defensive if it misses. If you miss that kick with parappa, you open yourself to a followup
