lightning will be in instead of cloud since just like almost any other companie SB asked for their characters they usually gave away a character that will promote the new game that is coming out for that franchise...
(example: raiden over snake , new dante over old dante , heihechi being the face of TTT2 over kazuya or jin I guess maybe?)
I hope I am wrong but that is what has been happening lately to characters who made it in the roster....I like them all, the entire roster is in my opinion so far as perfect!
but other fans still are and will complain about this....
this goes the same if crash and spyro will make it in...they will have the move set of their newer game...
(crash using titan stuff I guess and spyro using mostly attacks found in the skylander game's)
