The game already has characters I have not even heard about before this game.. like Papparappooo the useless idiot.

Maybe the boss should have been a pre-pre-pre released, inside joke only, secret society, developer fraternity mascot that only 0.5 people on the planet heard about.

I don't see why the boss cannot be yet another obscure idiot that only 1% of the "fans" know about. I get it, they are trying to cater to fans from Playstation 1 to Playstation 3, but whatever, if the game is fun to play I don't really care if it is a character I don't know about.

How many times do we have to keep telling people this? A boss from another IP makes it look really freaking stupid, because ALL the characters have to fight him, while he's really just an opponent of one or two of the characters. It must be a character everybody wants to fight, because - for example - Ratchet and Clank don't have a reason to fight against Zeus. It's just completely random.
