A jrpg character might help. Wild Arms has more recognition over there than here.

do ppl really think a single dlc char would boost sales at all?

 Lets be realistic you saw this game on the shelf you saw wich chars it had you didnt have anyone you liked you didnt bought it , so why would ppl that didnt bough this game be following the dlc of the game? even if the char they wanted would be dlc since they didnt bought the game they dont have a clue or even care to follow this, and dlc isnt even advertised so most ppl wouldnt even know this game has dlc unless they bought it.

No I don't think it will boost sales. But it will help develop interest in the game. So it's "HELPING" the game in a way. Thats how I see it when it comes to people who don't own a copy.

So according to that website, the game has sold 600 thousand copies? Is that including digital purchases?

I like the way some of you guys keep requesting them to make to characters without the company's permission. Oh right a $10 million dollar lawsuit must seems like nothing to them.

@FidelityNy: He means that SSM needs to get the rights to the characters before they can use them.

dart

Omar - "what are you guys doing? Why did you get rid of crash!"
Game devs - "we wanted to put in evil Cole so we had to get rid of everyone else the fans wanted"
Omar- "Oh nice, good idea. I didn't think of that"

@leonstrike3
Everyone knows they need permission. There's no need to mention it.

Add Snake, Prinny, Yu/Teddie, Kazuma Kiryu, Uberhero or Selvaria and this game will sell a lot better in Japan.
