My thoughts are:
1) Pre-order from Walmart, enter store at 12:00am on the 20th, pick up preorder (I don't know if this is possible)
This is fastest since they are the only retailer open at midnight.
2) Pre-order from somewhere else and pick up at opening the morning of the 20th (Best Buy, GameStop, etc.)
3) Pre-order from Amazon, wait for package delivery.
Pick this if you don't mind waiting a couple days.
Ultimately, the fastest is just to buy it off the shelf of Walmart at midnight, but then you don't have the exclusive costumes. That is unless you are willing to buy them off PSN, wasting money.
Well, Sony lifted the street date on all 2012 titles. So my store is selling it when it comes in Thursday. http://www.analoghype.com/video-games/playstation-3-news/sony-removes-release-dates-for-entire-2012-...
Time zones that get it before? If it's being sold on the 20th in Brazil, then they would be the first.
On Amazon.com, if you have a credit card, you can sign up for a free one month trial of Amazon Prime which gives you free 2-Day Shipping which you will recieve your copy of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale in the mail the day that it releases, which is November 20th. I love Amazon.com
It's the same if you have a ".edu" email address. Except you get six months free! It's awesome
