As you know Allstars is up for pre order on PSN right now

but it doesn't say in the description whether or not you get the costumes

and I won't take that chance, I want the costumes

Yes it does. Go to the Features tab and go all the way to the right to see the pre order. It says it there.

You get the costumes I Pre ordered on psn and you can cancel the Pre order if it doesn't anyway... But I Pre ordered today and I'm getting them
