Must be, I just checked the thread and did the require action he told me about, and it said download free. At first I thought I was going nuts, then I entered it and it was the entire 3 clients. One for Vita and one for PS3 and also the vita add preorder stuff.
im downloading it dude go to new releases then go to the game if you preordered it it should say free proceed to check out and there next is the waiting game
