Topic question! This is just speculation.

My guess is Polygon Man. I feel he makes the most sense as he is someone who would more than likely want to seek revenge on the Playstation brand. There's also that omnipotent look about him, reminiscent to Master Hand.

Mby the Dark Knight or Sun Emperor from WKC?  Both large an in charge visually, and were ALWAYS badguys so they might be a little cranky.  Just a guess.

Another option?  A giant Move controller.

CRONOS from God of War!!! He's ultra huge!!! They can make him like a stage at first and as the characters progress, they'll eventually fight him in his entirety!!

I read a comment on an IGN article about Playstation All-Stars that said "As long as Kevin Butler is the final boss, it'd be fine by me." LOL. It would be awesome to put Kevin Butler there.
