I main Evil Cole and I find getting to level 3 and using his super is very underwhelming, his triangle beam is slow to execute and as is his square blast, I know he has the circle move that brings people to him but a lot of times that doesn't work, tell me your thoughts on this
As an E Cole main from day one, I've never used his three competitively. It costs 750 compared to his level 1's 125. And since his level 1 can be a guaranteed hit, it means you have to get 6 kills for the level 3 to be efficient, which is near impossible. It's a complete waste.
His triangle beam only shoots straight up or down, you just have to time it right You have to be within some range for the circle over to work The only downside I think his square move shouldn't arc downward it should shoot straight left and right since its a lot slower I don't recommend using his level 3 on large stages

That's him being powered up by the Beast from inFAMOUS 2. In this form, Square throws a fire ball, Triangle does a flame pillar and Circle creates some magnet effect.

His level 1 costs 125 while Sackboy's costs 150????
