If they do reveal characters, they'll release 3. What they'll do is have people play the demo at the morning sessions then release characters at the evening sessions for the first two days. The last day, they only have one session so they'll release the third character then.
I hope there's reveals, though i'm not expecting any. If there are, I'd guess a Ubisoft rep just to counter the 20 character drama. Saving the bigger ones for later. Kat's a possibility too though, i'd predict, if any Ubisoft rep or Kat.
Hmm so im going to be honest and say i dont think snake is a playable character,im going with we get kat,cloud,crash, and some other characters might be either wander,resistance rep.
im really hoping for Dart as DLC i dont care if i have to pay for him i just feel like he deserves to be in this game almost at much as lets say Crash and Cloud
