I really wouldn't mind Oliver tbh. Stance based, pokemon-trainer esque character?

Oliver would be a great addition - but for those not wanting another human character (despite Oliver being far from generic), Drippy would be a wonderful choice.

I vote for Oliver with a Drippy minion.

Ni No Kuni will be the best game of the year. I'm 20 hours in and hooked.

I've only watched a stream for an hour and I'm hooked. You may be on to something.

Ni No Kuni is fantastic, and Oliver gets my vote as well. Would just be a shame not to have Drippy's VO in there though.

I would like Oliver and it would be pretty cool if he had familiars the way FP has minions.

Ni No Kuni is simply one of the better J/RPGs I've played in recent years. It's got beautiful animations (thanks to Studio Ghibli - the same guys who worked on Spirited Away, great movie), fast and tactical gameplay in battle that plays almost like a Pokemon game on a 3D field, and overall it just evokes charm throughout (or atleast so far). Definitely recommend it to the PS3 gamers, and really hope there's a future to this IP on the Playstation platform.

Ni No Kuni is PHENOMENAL, pb. Not only is it one of the most beautiful games on the PS3, it is about as much of a breath of fresh air to the modern JRPG landscape as you can get. A unique, interesting story, a cast of characters that are instantly lovable (for the most part), and some pretty engaging gameplay make it the clear front runner for GotY.

I'd love to see a NNK rep somewhere in All-Stars. I think the game would be best served as a stage, being that it has so much remarkable scenery. But I do love the idea of a Pokemon Trainer-esque Oliver.
