Delta = obvious costume. Otherwise he'd be a clone.

Big Sster would be great as a double dip rep.

Alias from Gravity Rush. Don't know why nobody would bring him up when his fighting style has so much potential epic behind it, with his snake-like Nevi. Raven would basically the same thing as Kat. She would make a good costume though.

Double-Dipping? The Ladder, MGS3 Snake Eater.

Seriously though, my ideas:

Twisted Metal - Calypso

Metal Gear - The Ladder Snake

Parappa series - Lammy

Heavenly Sword - Kai

Devil may Cry - Vergil

Bioshock - Booker and Elizabeth [work as one character]

Uncharted - Lazarevic

Sly Cooper - Carmelita Fox

Ratchet & Clank - Nefarious

[not too different than the other suggestions, but whatever xD]

Lammy is the only "double-dip" character I'd really like to have at this point (as you probably already know :smileytongue:).  Not only could her moves be quite different from PaRappa's, but she's actually had her own game, as opposed to just appearing in the other character's series.

I think other good picks would be Vergil from DmC and Lazarevic from Uncharted.  Vergil could be even more technical than Dante with Yamato and his teleportation moves, and Lazarevic could be a more heavy-hitting version of Drake with his bigger guns and multi-grenades.

If we're double dipping I vote for Kai from heavenly sword. If she's in this game I can see her three times on one stage. In the same outfit.

I'd like to see Carmelita Fox in the sequel. With her multiple types of shock pistol ammo, I'm certain she'd be fun to play as. They could even remove her double-jump, and instead make her have her megajump, which is chargeable. The longer you hold X before releasing, the higher she'll jump.

Yoshimitsu would be cool if only because he'd be representing both Soul Calibur and Tekken.

In terms of additionall double dipped characters, even though he's in the background of a stage as well as a minion, Captain Quark, Big Boss is another choice and a Big Sister from Bioshock.
