If this ever happened, then I would love to see the story mode. Here is my guess. We find ourselves at the end of the story mode.  Mario and Crash are barely standing with piles of other Nintendo and PlayStation characters sprawled all around them. Then, Mario pulls back his fists. He thrusts his arms forward, but does not hit Crash. Instead, he puts out his hand, inviting a hand shake. Crash looks at Mario`s hand, then him, then his hand again confusingly. Mario then says, with a small chuckle, "Hey. At least we`re not freakin` Xbox." Crash looks at Mario, still a bit stunned, then he firmly shakes his hand. The almost lifeless bodies start jumping up in cheer. Link clashes swords with Sir Dan in alliance, Kirby and Fat Princess share a piece of cake, and Spike stops chasing around Donkey Kong, following with an epic fist pump. After all this peace and happiness between Nintendo and Sony characters, the player is greeted with an advertisement for the Wii Play U. Thanks for playing!

I would want Playstation All Stars too have an actual sequal, first though. Then BY VAHALLA YES THIS WOULD BE INCREDIBLE!

Though Playstation has to do the story mode, The Subspace in Brawl really did suck.... how can you have Sonic and Mario Crossover in a fighting game and Sonic only come in at the end of it and not even acknowledge Mario..

Of course this is a good idea but this will probably never happen unless either Sony or Nintendo get reduced to 3rd party companies, or if they decide to come together and become one company to compete against Microsoft and some other first party company that may spawn at that point.
