Not for a couple years. For one, hopefully they can talk with more third party companies for more characters. And hopefully more first party games comes out to introduce more characters to the Sony family, so they can add them as well
Because as of right now, we have almost every 1st party character, with some 3rd party, and if they made a sequel the roster would be pretty much identical unless they took the Melee route where they grab multiple characters from the same franchise which I personally want to avoid until like Battle Royale 3 lol.
So yeah, I want a sequel but not for a while, when Sony hopefully gets some more original IPs and have plenty of time to hopefully talk to and convince more third party companies
I would like much more DLC for now, and then a sequel for the PS4 =] As many reviewers said about this game, it sets the ground really well for a sequel. The second game, I'm sure, will have a TON of content including characters, stages, modes, unlockables, more eye-appealing interface, a more in-depth story mode, etc.
Also, rumors are that the PS4 will be released around this time next year. That is probably too soon to see a sequel in my opinion. I'd be fine seeing one released during the holiday season of 2014
