I haven't gotten it yet, though I send an email asking about and I got this in reply:

We’re in the process of sending them out at the earliest.

Most, if not all, of us are dealing with this same issue. I've contacted Amazon and theyr're looking into it
we need to keep this bumped so people can see it.
