I did, I actually didn't even realize i needed it until a week after I planned on going, but I ended up buying one a couple nights ago .

I have absolutely no idea, but its not really something I'm personally concerned about because I'm 21.. If you're under 18 I would assume you need some sort of parental form to get in at the very least.
