Wait is Soul Calibur really considered a Playstation franchise? I mean the only games that were Playstation exclusives were SC3 and Broken Destiny and both games were considered mediocre by many, and Spawn isn't even a video game character and even then he's only been on the PS2 in terms of Sony consoles with Spawn Armaggedon, however Spawn was also on the Gamecube and Super Nintendo so he's closer to Nintendo as far as first party video game companies go unless you want to count his appearence in the Xbox version of SC2 then in which case both Microsoft and Nintendo have Spawn over Sony.

2- spawn was first played on playstation one so nintendo and xbox dont own him

Only one I can agree with is Dead Head Fred. Although he's an obscure character, I think in terms on aesthitic he could make an interesting character. Not too sure what kind of moves he'd have.

This is Fred, he had a PSP game. Wouldn't he fit right in with everyone else?

Spawn's first video game was on the Super Nintendo, and I actually wasn't aware of the PS1 game but even if that's the case Spawn is just generally user friendly with all three first party companies then.

Also since you seem to be unaware, Dante makes sense because DMC 1, 2, and 3 were PS2 exclusive, on top of that Dante was an unlockable playable character on the PS2 version of the first Viewtiful Joe.

Heihachi's first game was on the PS1, the series didn't get the arcade treatment until sometime later and as far as home consoles go, Tekken was exclusive to Sony consoles up until Tekken 6.

Big Daddy is the only one without a proper reason for being here he's just a pure guest character.
