I Bought All-Stars for Vita and shortly found out that Ps3 has a CrossBuy thing where if you buy the Ps3 version of All-Stars you get the Vita version free. I think its a little unfair that its not the same for the Vita version so if you buy the Vita version you get the Ps3 version free. Maybe you should make it that way because if im not correct it is CROSSBUY only if its both ways.
They stressed that Cross Buy works one way only several times when announcing it, and have continued to stress "Buy it on PS3, get it on Vita free" throughout advertising of the promotion. Considering it makes no sense for you to be able to pay $40 for the Vita version and get both when everyone else has to pay $60 for the PS3 version to get both, it's pretty obvious why they don't do that, especially since Cross Buy was made to get more PS3 gamers to get the Vita. The people that bought it for the Vita were expected to only have Vitas or to have a reason for specifically wanting it on the handheld only.
TL;DR: You're out of luck, because it's not changing.
They announced cross buy for the ps3 version long before the game released, the benefit of buying the lone vita version is that you save 20-30 bucks, if you're that unhappy, return the game to wherever you purchased it and pick up the ps3 version instead. Otherwise no one would have bought the ps3 version if you could get it cheaper by purchasing the vita.
"Free stuff assuming I paid even half a second's worth of attention is UNFAIR"
Are you serious?
Everybody who was at all excited for this game before it came out knew about cross-buy.I mean it even says it on their website and the boxes.
Technically, you save space on your Vita, though. You're installing pure GB's of info onto your Vita with the cross-buy. I'll eventually buy the Vita copy if and or when I get a Vita hopefully on Sunday when I open my presents.
