Just a matter of understanding how it works - if I have a friend come over with his Vita that doesn't have the game, I'd like to know if it would be possible for him to use the cross controller feature considering having an extra screen to look at helps when playing 4 player locally. Will most probably be playing with 4 standard PS3 controllers, but it would just be nice to know if the option is available.
If you have the game on vita, can you play it on a ps3 if you don't have a physical copy? I would assume not, but it would be cool! Back to a previous point though, this has been known for a long time, I'm 100% sure.

The reason for the confusion is because LBP 2 doesn't require any game or software to be launched on the Vita - although I'm sure you and everyone else are correct about requiring the game, just wanted to know if it's been confirmed, guess we'll see when the game launches.
Yeah! It makes me so confused! But seeing as vitas can double as controllers, I feel as if they'll make it so you don't have to have the Vita game. I can't imagine a company like SuperBot doing that sorta thing, you know? I'll ask Pyro what's up with it and report back herre
