Can you get the game for the Vita and get the PS3 version for free. I don't have Vita, so I could sell the Vita copy and get the PS3 vversion for free,

No it doesn't work like that, they don't want to lose 20$ for the PS3 game lol. The only freebie is if you buy PS3 game and get vita version free because the vita version cost less than the PS3 version.

Yeah,and most people dont own a vita.Thats another reason not doing it,as I said befire,it would not be a good deal for them.

The two versions are linked to each other so that's impossible even if you could buy it that way. I own a vita and think this game is best on the handheld so why wouldn't I just pay $10 for your vita code? It's because you cant (and it's wrong).

The main point of cross buy is to give Ps3 owners the initiative to buy a Vita - making it possible for the Vita version to contain a free PS3 version kills the purpose of it.
