Still nothing for me too. This has gotten unnecessarily complicated.
I don't know if it's Sony's or BestBuy's fault, but nevertheless, this is starting to really bother me.
Don't worry my friend, we shall get the costumes, or we shall PROTEST, or just keep on calling Customer Support until they give us the codes

HOORAAYY!!! Just got my code sent through Best Buy email and it worked!! Either check emails now or they will be coming to you VERY soon!! So awesome! Have fun with them! They're awesome!
