Ok I have a problem, I preordered the game back when the original date was 10/23/12. Tonight I go pick up my copy of the game and there is no pre order code on my receipt or in the box for the game. Has anyone in America and has pre ordered at Best Buy had any problems or am I the unlucky duckling.

It is an on going issue that Sony is looking into, there are also a few fixes around the forums. Please check the forums before posting.

Same problem with me dude. It's kind of annoying me.

The clerk that sold me the game said that they should send us an email with the code once the purchase has been made.

So if I don't get that email by tomorrow, I'm calling them

Yeah I'm calling them when I get home actually, I sorta wish that Sony had put the codes in the cases, it would have made things easier. Did you get the strategy guide also, it gives you a discount or something like that.

Ok I called the customer service they said that they will be sending the codes at midnight. If you don't get it call them up

Had the same exact problem; preordered at Best Buy (the release date on my receipt still sayd 10/23/2012 as well, but they state on the preorder ticket that it's fine if the dates change), but didn't get any costume code.

You guys should contact them on their forums; They have instructions for what you should do if you didn't get a code.Plus you're talking directly to the game department, so you can skip the awkward call to Best Buy's CS who usually don't know much about a specific game's pre order bonus.
