That site is the new Community competitive site... Very similar to smashboards.com and shoryuken.com

That site is designed for competitive play, hosting tournaments in your state or just to meet up in play in person.

Tournament rules will be covered on that site, prizes etc. It's a build in progress and it's already very well made

It talks about each individual character down to a science showing you how to properly use every single one.

Also depending on your region, there might be tournaments right around the corner from you =)

Once you sign up, go to the forums and start representing your region and your character. Also if your just looking for fun and friends to add or challenge into 1v1, 2v2's, it's real well put together. You guys should consider signing up there.

Well if you look at the other forum it's about bringing the community together through meet ups and what region you stay in... Check out the forums before you sign up and you will see "Regional and International", It's about bringing the community closer and to keep data stored forever... THIS forum is just another "Gamefaqs" that's just a cluster of talk that has nothing to do with the actual community players but about what they will do with this game in the future...

The Site I posted is completely different, It talks about each individual character, what region you stay at for possible tournaments in your area, possible online events for prizes. But the main reason people visit that site in the first place, is for the regions and 1 on 1 character talk that can improve their skills with that one character.
