As i said before the rule set is pretty well done, but it has a few flaws.

For example i really don't get: step 1 and step 5.

1- Why should i limit my self to just 2 characters? Players shouldn't be limited on their character selection.

5- As long as the winner chooses the character first the other one can still counter the choice as he gets the last pick.

other minor flaws:

3- There's no need for both players to ban a stage, only the winner of the previous match should, the loser will obviously pick a stage he thinks he'll have the best chance, letting the other one know which stage he dislikes could give away some important infomation about his skills ecc.

You also have to be clear about another thing in step 3:

Do the stages remain banned?

In other games, after every match, banned stages are selectable again (unless they get rebanned).

I can get you both signed up. Now, I beleive that you are sharing a system and completely understand that, but I am warning you just in case that if you are caught using two accounts I have to permaban you from  the leagues.

I can reword the rules to be much more easily read; it's good to see where I may have made things confusing.

And surprisingly the character rule came from a prominent smash site, but I've been thinking of removing that as well. Thanks for the input seriously; I'm going to sit down and make things much more readable today.
