His level 1 and 2 are crazy good. It's fine the way it is. I remember this Cole got no kills with it on stowaway cus a big daddy baited him to the right, warped, then we ran to the left and he couldn't catch us. Too funny.

I think they need to add elements of control to some of the level 3s. (like fat princess's lvl 3) I don't really feel, like moving the tornado left or right is enough. I think that they should address the lack of control before considering giving it a straight numbers buff.

If you're fighting somewhere like the dojo, then it's not a bad idea to go for the level 3. But otherwise it's probably best not to save up for it, especially if you're on a huge stage.

I can't deny that GColes 1 and 2 are really good, but still, like you said, increasing how long it lasts at least by 2 seconds would be good.

Okay, so i have the PSABR Prima guide, and i just read that every character's level 3 is at least 12 seconds or longer. The only exceptions are Good Cole and Sly. Sly gets 7 shots, and the camera controls let you zoom around the stage pretty quickly, so his duration is appropriate. But Good Cole's electric tornado moves pretty slow in comparison. I think bumping that duration to a minimum of 12 seconds is only fair.

The guide did come out in November.. Another idea is to lengthen Cole's level 3, but make it so he needs 750 to get it.

I think it's fine how it is TBH. Good Cole has ways to set up multi kills with it, and more importantly he has one of the best level 1s in the game along with a ridiculous cost distribution for his supers. His level 2 is no joke either, although I admit rarely using it when it only takes 1 more combo and a few stray hits to hit 3.

I think Cole and FP suffer from the same thing, but a lot less severe in Cole's case. Given amazing level 1's and 2's and a less than great level 3's. Buffing their level 3s though would make them too strong and they really don't need it. Cole especially given his 3 can be extremely effective depending on the stage.

Agreed. Only real change I think they should make to his supers would be lower the level 2 cost. This may sound like a buff but it's not. His level 1 is incredible, and atm his high level 2 cost allows him to have 4 level 1s for the cost of 1 level 2. This allows me to go for level 1 mindgames pretty much all the time without actually risking much meter.
