Yeah, that's basically what I'm doing for this game, I've never been so hyped for a game in a very long time. I've stated before that I'm buying every single DLC for this game as long as they're not free. lol

To be honest I'll probably end up buying it. I mean my friend and are way too excited for this game. I want every piece of collectible I can get for this game! 
I mean he is buying it in store, and I'm buying it at midnight at Walmart. That way we can play at midnight and share the preorder code.

I'm thinking about getting it now, not really to use it to cheat or anything (for 1- it's a Party Fighter, 2- IF there's any balance patches or anything, frame data will be inaccurate). Maybe to see the unlockables at an early grasp and such. Also to Support Prima, Superbot, and to maybe get some secret info or something~

If not there's the internet, which takes time to get info on depending on the person (GameFAQs)

I'm not sure that buying strategy guides supports developers and publishers.

I think all that is done is that places like Brady Games pays a set amount to sell it as a "game name here" official strategy guide.  The publisher makes that money and then everything the guide sells goes towards the store you purchased it from and Brady Games, if they're the one who made the guide.

So buying this guide won't do anything to support SuperBot.  Infact, fighting game strategy guides are the biggest waste of money over any strategy guide because they offer very little information in actually how to play well that a fighting game fan can't already find out easily for themselves.

no I am not simply because I find strategy guides a huge waste of money and have never bought one. especialy with this kind of game what wil it offer to you in terms of strategy that you won't learn by just playing
