That too. Also, a few more things about the pictures above that I posted. The skins above are completely different for the same character, that is not what I want for this game. I would prefer different skins for the same character but if it were to be a different character for that, it should only be under the same game. I worded that out a bit weird. Props to anyone who made the mod too, it looks pretty sweet.
Alternate skins have been talked about for so long, i don't think people care if it takes more programming.... And quite frankly, it wouldn't increase by much at all because if you keep the skeletal structure, as many of us would have thought to do, you do just as much as if you were just changing their colors practically..
In order for this idea to fly, we'll need unlockable skins for every one. I think Playstation All-Stars should at least have 1 or 2 skins designed by the staff that'd you'd only see on Playstation All-Stars. Another idea I am throwing out there is zombie skins. Why would this even make any sense? Well if the idea of a zombie survival come to reality, each character can have a zombie skin that is unlocked after hitting a certain goal, maybe by hitting something around round 20-100.

Red Knight (Default)
Necromancer (Hard Mode)
Skeleton (Zombie Skin)
Organization XIII Coat with hood up (Heartless Battle)
Obviously each character has their respective starting weapon(Keyblade for Organization XIII coat since he's not in Castle Crashers), and magic changes to match their respective color/skin.
