help!!!!

i turn my ps3 on and got a redish orange screen that stated ( a serious problem occured please contact service tech) i unplugged it twice from my surge protector and it still does the same thing. is there any else i can do?

He's just asking if there is anything he can do... never know someone may have had this problem before

 

asking here is way easier then calling Sony, and then yeah if no one has an answer you call Sony... but its not always the best option... cause they will most likely just send you the box and want you to ship it in... which is not everyones perferred method.

Might as well check, before calling... it doesnt hurt.
