right now i use my pc monitor for my ps3 and since i got logitech surround sound on my pc i get surround sound on my ps3 too but im moving soon and im getting a 42' tv so should i still use my monitor with surround sound or my new tv with basic tv speakers?
well i dont get surround sound on my tv and im buying bf3 and i would want to get some bass on that since i have bfbc2 the sound is great. but i could put the surround sound on my tv and buy a normal 2.1 speakers with bass to my computer cuz i dont really use the whole "surround sound" on my pc. so heres what i can do. use surround sound on tv with ps3, use ps3 on monitor with surround sound, ps3 on tv without surround sound, im thinking to use my ps3 on tv and plug up my surround sound on my tv and since my surround sound is build for PCs i might have to tweak the settings to get my back speakers louder and my bass to work perfectly on it. waiting for opinions
Yes, you can use that system with a TV. You can connect both your TV and PS3 into this at the same time. I suggest you use an optical cable to connect your PS3 into your sound system...
I got "cheaper" version of the idea - i use headphones and PC monitor and i play PS3 just like PC, sitting behind a desk lol.
But its ok, sense i can still have fun so it don't matter. Altrough its hilarous to read comments about "adjusting your TV settings" in game menus. Sometimes when my headphones make a sound i think someone is there in the same room with me behind somewhere! I think you should choose which way you like to play more - in your living room or behind your desk?????? Btw. PS3 blue ray player can provide some movie experience too!
