I don't know much about this, but you should read the reviews which clearly say it will not work because it does not convert the signal. Something like this might work:

OK, does anyone know if there is a VGA to Compostie converor? My monitor isn't hd anyway.

Your monitor has composite but not VGA input? I don't understand what you're trying to do now. If the cable I linked does work, it should connect to your monitor and you could get other adaptors to use its audio outputs with computer speakers. Yes, there are VGA to composite adaptors but that would more likely be used to send a computer signal to a TV.

That will work no problems at all mate!!!! I use an HDMI to DVI-D cable with my PS3 and it works fantastically well!!!! Indeed and you can definitely connect your speakers through the optical port, as Sony was clever enough to allow audio to be outputted over multiple connections!!!

DVI is a digital signal. Just searching "HD15" it does seem like that is a VGA, not DVI, input. So it will not work in the same way as HDMI to DVI.
OP, did you look at the link I posted? I think this is exactly what you need. You may be able to find a cheaper one; there were a couple of that type but I didn't look too hard. I don't know of any speakers like you wanted, but as I said you can just use any computer speakers if you buy adaptors like this:

ok im gonna buy what you said jerm thanks man

Indeed JERM you are correct, DVI is indeed a digital signal and VGA is Analogue, however both yours and my suggestions are still correct. The HDMI to VGA cable will work perfectly fine (albeit with not as nice quality as DVI), but it will work 100%!

Well, I haven't tried it, but the reviews and other threads I've seen say it won't.
